September 9, 2018: Bureau invites the public comment on its proposal to create a
Disclosure Sandbox through its revised Policy to Encourage Trial Disclosure Programs.
August 10, 2018: Bureau amends Regulation P and the provision requiring financial
institutions to provide an annual notice describing their privacy policies and practices to
their consumers. The amendment implements the provision excepting the annual notice
requirement for institutions meeting certain conditions.
