awards for 2013—including a coveted grand
award—in the annual awards for publication
excellence (apeX) competition. the most recent

of the regulatory Burden,” which appeared in
the november/December 2012 issue and explored
the many challenges that compliance officers
face. the grand award is bestowed upon the
top 100 overall entries for the contest.

Wells Fargo’s meg sczyrba, crcm, and
ally Bank’s thomas healy, crcm, garnered
recognition for their article “new rules
for mobile Banking and payments,” which
appeared in the september/october 2012
and looked at compliance in the mobile
world.
